In the Liposuction Center the doctor decides on the choice of the liposuction method after thorough analysis of many factors, not only to perform the surgery in the most safe and effective way, but also to achieve the optimal final result, which we eventually see after about 6-8 months. At the Liposuction Center we have the unique opportunity to use every type of device to perform liposuction procedures available on the market (we do not have only RFAL, although we have experience in performing liposuction also with this method). Therefore, depending on our patient’s assessment and the planned extent of the procedure, we can not only apply virtually any liposuction method currently available on the market, but also combine a couple o methods during one operation. Such treatments are called the DUAL LIPO method.
DUAL LIPO combines various methods in 4 different ways :
Each liposuction method has its advantages and disadvantages. With some methods, fat is sucked out more quickly, more effectively, which is important in case of large amounts of fat. Others (such as Vaser, laser liposuction and RFAL) allow you to get the best skin shrinkage. Combining several methods allows to optimize the course of the procedure and to adjust its expected final effects to ensure the patient the greatest satisfaction. With the help of Dual Lipo, we can maximize the rate of removal of unwanted body fat, so that we can remove unwanted body fat quickly and most often in large amounts, and in the final phase of the operation, warm up the collagen fibers using a laser or Vaser ultrasound probe. Research shows that this method of surgery causes additional (apart from natural regeneration and post-liposuction treatments) shrinking of the skin by another 10%. This is due to the fact that the use combined liposuction methods in one treatment helps to eliminate the excess skin remaining after the treatment by significantly stimulating it, thanks to which the tissues shrink and adapt to the new body shape. In our experience such a procedure results in the fact that with the correct qualification, even in very obese patients there is no need to cut out the skin in the future. Therefore, DUAL LIPO is used primarily in patients with a large amount of adipose tissue or poor quality of the skin before the procedure to remove fat from such areas as:
